Wilentz Attorneys to Present at Ocean County Bar Association's Seminar on Legal Malpractice

Edward Kole will serve as moderator and Karin Sage will present at the seminar entitled "Protecting Yourself From Legal Malpractice in the Age of Technology." The seminar will focus on avoiding malpractice in the workplace, as well as legal and ethical concerns that arise between the time that you first speak with the potential client and retention. In addition, they will present "You Just Got Served with a Legal Malpractice Complaint-Now What?"

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.40 hours of total CLE credit including 1.00 Ethics Credits.
