Steven Tripp to Moderate NJSBA 2018 Land Use Update Program

Steven Tripp will moderate this NJSBA seminar, which will examine the most recent regulatory, legislative and case law developments that impact the practice of every seasoned land use practitioner.

Topics discussed by the panel of attorneys will include challenges to board decisions; challenges to zoning ordinances; site plan approval; conditional uses; decision, resolution and conditions of approval; OPRA, RSIS; affordable housing; condemnation and redevelopment; administrative agency action; litigation and settlement; legislative and regulatory update; ethics for the land use practitioner; and social media issues.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
