Donna Jennings will present at this Webinar, which is part of an informative lunchtime webinar series that brings together some the state’s most experienced land use practitioners as they discuss problems and issues encountered in their land use practice.
Topics of interest will include “What’s Hot in RLUIPA (The Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act)” regarding the federal statute designed to, among other things, protect individuals and religious institutions, including churches, mosques, and synagogues, in their use of land and buildings for religious purposes. This topic will be presented by Donna Jennings.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit.
