Donna Jennings to Present at NJICLE’s Keeping the Faith: The Latest Mosque Opposition, Zoning Laws and Religious Discrimination in New Jersey

Donna Jennings will present at a NJCLE seminar, which will provide an overview of land use law related to the construction of faith-based community centers and houses of worship, including litigation of claims under the Religious Land-Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), among other topics.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.3 hours of total CLE credit.
