Wilentz shareholder David Gordon will serve as moderator at the NJICLE Commercial Leasing Seminar, presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section. The all-new full-day program will provide knowledge of key topics that are critical to commercial real estate lawyers, and strategies to confidently handle issues that regularly arise in commercial real estate transactions. Presentation topics will include ethics of negotiation, tenant improvements and work letters, important lease provisions, ground lease projects, and SNDA’s and Estoppels. A luncheon keynote presentation will discuss the current state of the real estate industry and ways New Jersey’s economic future may impact real estate. The program will conclude with a Q&A session moderated by David Gordon.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 7.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism. For New York, 6.0 professional practice credits and 1.0 ethics credit have been approved.
