Maureen Binetti and Tracy Armstrong to Present at Middlesex County Bar Association RBG & #MeToo Dinner Symposium

Wilentz employment law chair Maureen Binetti will moderate a panel discussion addressing the evolution, effects and future of the #MeToo movement at the RBG & #MeToo Dinner Symposium, hosted by the Middlesex County Bar Association, and co-sponsored by the NJWLA and the NJSBA Women in Law Section. Wilentz shareholder and employment law attorney Tracy Armstrong will participate as a panelist, discussing various issues concerning the #MeToo movement.

This major symposium features a viewing of the groundbreaking documentary, RBG, as well as examines how US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s career helped lay the groundwork for the movement’s origination. The panel will discuss the movement’s beginnings, its impact on society and on State and Federal law, and the future of the movement. The program will also feature former New Jersey Associate Justice Hon. Helen Hoens as the guest speaker.

This program has been approved by the BCLE of the Supreme Court of NJ for 4 hours of total CLE credit, including 1.5 hours of ethics/professionalism.
