Wilentz attorney Stephanie D. Gironda will present “Spoliation of Evidence and Available Remedies” and participate in a panel discussion of evidence questions at the New Jersey Association for Justice 2019 Winter Seminar on Hot Topics in Evidence. The seminar features local, regional, and top national speakers discussing multiple evidence issues, admissibility of medical records at trial, when to use subsequent remedial measures, and admissibility of social media.
