The Middlesex County Bar Association is offering the final session of its Trial Practice Skills Development Series, co-sponsored by the Union County Bar Association. Business and Commercial Litigation Chair Edward Kole, Mass Tort/Class Action Co-Chair Lynne Kizis and trial lawyer Will Shih will discuss the Rules of Evidence, trial testimony, cross examination, and how to qualify an expert in New Jersey state court and federal court.
This series has been approved by the BCLE of the Supreme Court of NJ for 3.5 hours of total CLE credit for each session, including credits towards civil trial certification.
