Wilentz attorney Stephanie D. Gironda will present “Time to Pay Up-Equal Pay Update” at the New Jersey State Bar Association Employment Law Roundtable. Ms. Gironda will delve into New Jersey state and federal laws related to equal pay and the New Jersey Equal Pay Act, signed into law in 2018 by Governor Phil Murphy.
Presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Labor & Employment Law Section, the annual program will provide a comprehensive overview of recent developments in employment law at the state and federal level and their likely impact on New Jersey businesses, including non-disclosure agreements in employment settlements and the medical marijuana expansion bill.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 6.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
