Wilentz Shareholder Robert Beckelman will discuss the Pier Village multi-phase redevelopment project in Long Branch at the New Jersey Future Redevelopment Forum 2020 during a session entitled “Ignite! Redevelopment.” As special redevelopment counsel to the City of Long Branch, Mr. Beckelman handled negotiations for the mixed-use residential and retail development of the shore front in Long Branch.
New Jersey Future’s annual Redevelopment Forum unites more than 500 local and state officials, citizen activists, development professionals, architects, attorneys, planners, and business leaders to explore the latest trends and challenges surrounding redevelopment and sustainable redevelopment solutions. Other topics of interest include aging-friendly redevelopment projects, the future of New Jersey state plan, and building climate-ready infrastructure.
