Wilentz Business Litigation Chair Edward T. Kole will moderate a webcast entitled “COVID-19 and Its Impact on Business Litigation” for the New Jersey State Bar Association Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Kole will join a panel of commercial litigation attorneys to address issues of force majeure, abatement, terminations of agreements, liability limitations, and other employment issues facing businesses in New Jersey during the public health emergency.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these 2.4 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
