Wilentz Shareholder Donna M. Jennings will join a panel discussion comprised of seasoned land use practitioners at the New Jersey State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education webcast entitled “Approved! The Lawyer’s Guide to Successful Development Applications – from Concept to Shovel.” The panel will provide attorneys with the tools needed to anticipate and overcome issues that may arise during the application process to bring their clients’ development projects to life, including securing municipal approvals and outside agency approvals.
