Wilentz employment law attorney Tracy Armstrong will moderate a continuing legal education webcast for the New Jersey State Bar Association entitled “Recent Developments in New Jersey Law: A 2020 Update,” covering the latest developments in a range of practice fields including: civil trial practice, the #MeToo movement, immigration issues, wage theft law, and ethical considerations in the practice of law. Wilentz attorney Jo Ann Gambale will review recent updates in trusts and estate law. Designed for general practitioners, new lawyers, and attorneys seeking to expand into new practice areas, the panel will provide strategies to handle a variety of cases.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 5.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1,0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
