Wilentz Shareholder and Employment Law attorney Tracy Armstrong will join a panel of leading trial lawyers at NJICLE’s “2021 New Jersey Trial Attorney Summit: Discovery and Admissibility Strategies for Electronic Information” program. The program will cover issues and strategies for handling electronic information shared and stored on social media, the “cloud” and mobile devices and discuss what is discoverable and admissible in court, as well as preservation obligations and spoliation issues in handling e-data.
This program has been approved for 4.0 credits, including 1.2 ethics/professionalism credits for New Jersey, and 2.5 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits in New York. In addition, approval is pending for 3.0 substantive and 1.0 ethics credits in Pennsylvania.
