Wilentz Shareholders and Employment Law team Co-Chairs Tracy Armstrong and Maureen S. Binetti will present “Oh What Tangled Webs Are Weaved: Understanding Leave Laws and the Entanglements Between Them,” at the 20th Annual CLE Conference hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel New Jersey Chapter. The webinar will provide an overview and examine the importance of the federal Family Medical Leave Act, the New Jersey Family Law Act, reasonable accommodation leave, and other statutorily protected leaves as well as the entanglement with paid leaves such as Worker’s Compensation, disability, and Family Leave Insurance.
This program has been approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.5 hours of total CLE credit.
