Wilentz Shareholders Donna M. Jennings and Steven J. Tripp will participate in panel discussions at the Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC) hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association. Land Use Shareholder Donna Jennings will serve as a returning panelist in the “Affordable Housing Update,” reviewing the latest developments and future expectations. Land Use Chair Steve Tripp will return as a panelist in the “Legal Trends in Land Use” discussion, examining recent changes in legislation, regulations and court decisions, and future implications for the land development process.
