Joshua S. Kincannon Joins Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to welcome Joshua S. Kincannon as Counsel in the Mass Tort/Class Action group. A seasoned trial lawyer, Mr. Kincannon joins Wilentz with a long record of success securing recoveries for victims of defective medical device implants throughout the country. 

In 2018, Mr. Kincannon was appointed as lead counsel in the In re Physiomesh Flexible Composite Mesh Multi-County Litigation in New Jersey.  He served as co-lead counsel to all of the plaintiffs in the Depuy ASR Hip Implant Multi-County Litigation in New Jersey, which settled with aggregate recoveries for plaintiffs valued at $2.5 billion. At Wilentz, Mr. Kincannon will continue to represent victims injured by defective medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs and in class actions. 

Mr. Kincannon graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2000 (where he received the Albert P. Blaustein Scholarship and Dean's Merit Scholarship) and earned his B.A. in Economics from Rowan University in 1997. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
