New York’s Opioid-Fee Law Blocked by Judge as Unconstitutional

In an interview with Bloomberg BNA,  Wilentz Shareholders Michael Schaff and Grace Mack comment on the recent ruling to block the Opioid Stewardship Act, which established a $600 million fund that requires pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesale distributors that are licensed to sell or distribute opioid products in New York state to fund the law through annual assessments based on sales.
