Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Wall

Tony Solimine and Liesel Pajarillo of the Wilentz Public Finance Group served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Wall in the County of Monmouth, New Jersey, in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $66,599,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated July 18, 2023. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements and renovations throughout the school district’s facilities.
