Wilentz Serves as Bond Counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Washington

Tony Solimine, and Liesel Pajarillo, of the Wilentz Public finance team served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Washington in the County of Morris, New Jersey in connection with its referendum and the subsequent issuance of $28,809,000 School Bonds, Series 2022, dated August 17, 2023. The bond proceeds will be used to undertake various improvements, alterations, renovations, and upgrades at Benedict A. Cucinella Elementary School, Flocktown Elementary School, Old Farmers Road Elementary School, Walter J. Kossman Elementary School, and Long Valley Middle School.
