Joseph Carlo is an Associate in the Mass Tort/Class Action group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing his practice on asbestos and mesothelioma, personal injury, and products liability litigation. Joseph also practices pharmacy administrative law representing pharmacies in New York and New Jersey responding to audit requests. 

Prior to joining Wilentz, Joseph was an associate at a law firm where he counseled clients on residential and commercial real estate, and in connection with business entity formation and related corporate matters. Joseph earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2020, where he served as an executive board member of the Real Property Law Society. 

While attending law school, Joseph served as an intern at Wilentz and three other law firms, where he assisted in the preparation for depositions and conducted legal research and writing. He also worked as a pharmacy technician for eight years and leverages that experience to advise pharmacies when tasked with an audit investigation. Joseph graduated from St. John’s University, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in 2017. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
