David Stein and Meredith Friedman will present at the Middlesex County Bar Association’s Family Law Section Dinner. The program, “The Intersection of Bankruptcy and Family Law”, aims to educate family law attorneys on the following issues: consumer bankruptcy filings, divorce procedures, property of the estate, automatic stay, avoidance and treatment of claims, and case examples.
Wilentz Attorneys will be joined by the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella, U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of NJ.
