Edward T. Kole and Tracy Armstrong to Present at NJICLE Business Litigation Roundtable

Wilentz litigation department Chair Edward Kole will present and moderate two panel discussions concerning business litigation at the NJICLE Business Litigation Roundtable: Current Issues in Business Litigation. Mr. Kole will moderate a panel discussion concerning LLC/Shareholder disputes, and another discussing conflicts and potential conflicts. Wilentz Shareholder and employment law attorney Tracy Armstrong will present on harassment topics.

This program will focus on the latest developments in business litigation, including potential changes to New Jersey’s Complex Business Litigation Program, which went into effect on January 1, 2015. Mr. Kole and Ms. Armstrong will join a distinguished panel of business litigation and chancery judges, along with business litigation experts, to discuss major developments impacting business and commercial litigation law practitioners.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
