Wilentz shareholder Donna M. Jennings will participate as a panelist in NJICLE’s webinar, “Avoiding Pitfalls in the Land Use Notice Process.” This lunchtime webinar will focus on the importance of public notices in land use applications and educate participants on how to avoid pitfalls before they cause costly and time-consuming problems that complicate the application process. The program will review public notice basics and offer best practices for drafting and publishing notices that are likely to withstand challenges.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit.
