Wilentz Land Use Chair Steven J. Tripp and Land Use Shareholder Donna M. Jennings will participate in panel discussions at the Atlantic City Builders Convention (ABC) hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association. Mr. Tripp will participate in the “Legal Trends in Land Use Law” panel discussion, which examines significant implications of recent changes in legislation, regulations, and court decisions relating to the land development review process. Ms. Jennings will serve as a panelist in the “Affordable Housing Overview” discussion about the latest legal developments and what to expect in the changing affordable housing landscape. Additionally, Mr. Tripp will moderate the “5 Most Important Things you Need to Know About the Land Use Process” panel discussion, which Ms. Jennings will participate in, concerning submission and completeness, notice, resolution and condition of approvals, conflicts of interest, and developer agreements.
The ABC is the largest building industry trade show in the Northeast and features the latest products, services, and information on market trends, government policies, and technical developments.
