Edward T. Kole and Tracy Armstrong to Present at NJICLE Business Litigation Roundtable

Wilentz Litigation Chair Edward T. Kole and Wilentz employment law attorney Tracy Armstrong will join a distinguished panel of seasoned business litigation attorneys and business courts judges at the annual NJICLE Business Litigation Roundtable to delve into the latest developments impacting business and commercial litigation practitioners. Mr. Kole, who organized the program, will serve as moderator and discuss cross-examination strategies to disqualify the opposition’s expert witness. Ms. Armstrong will discuss employment issues arising from business disputes.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
