Brett R. Harris to Present CIANJ Virtual Event “Living in the Remote Workforce: How Technology Makes Working From Home Possible”

Wilentz Shareholder Brett R. Harris will participate in a virtual panel discussion entitled “Living in the Remote Workforce: How Technology Makes Working From Home Possible” for the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ). Ms. Harris is a member of CIANJ’s Technology for Business Forum Steering Committee. During her presentation, she will discuss the legal challenges related to technology arising from working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, including data privacy, security and retention issues, cybersecurity awareness and training for staff, and pointers for technology procurements.
