Wilentz Shareholder Brett R. Harris will present with Michelle Schaap, Esq. the virtual CLE ethics seminar entitled “When the Dust Settles, Where Will Your Data Reside?” for the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association (NJWLA). During the presentation, Ms. Harris will provide cyber security and data protection tips, ethics guidance and best practices for working remotely and returning securely back to the workplace. Ms. Harris has served as NJWLA General Counsel since 2015.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for Ethics/Professionalism.
