Willard C. Shih and Donald E. Taylor to Present at NJICLE Webcast “Virtual Jury Trials: Keeping Jurors Captivated”

Wilentz Shareholder Willard C. Shih will moderate the New Jersey State Bar Association ICLE virtual panel including Wilentz Shareholder Donald E. Taylor entitled “Virtual Jury Trials: Keeping Jurors Captivated.” The esteemed panelists also include communications specialist Valerie Di Maria who regularly works with Fortune 100 companies on messaging, nationally-recognized jury consultant Dr. Daniel Wolfe who has advised parties in numerous high-profile trials across the country, and Certified Civil Trial Attorney Gregory B. Noble, Esq.  The panelists will discuss trial strategy, focusing their remarks on how to capture the attention of a virtual juror and how attorneys should tailor their communications to most effectively convey their message at trial. 

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.4 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 2.4 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
