Donna Jennings to Serve as Moderator and Presenter at NJICLE’s “The Basics of New Jersey Land Use Practice” Program

Wilentz Shareholder and land use attorney, Donna Jennings will moderate, and present “Municipal Land Use Law and Regulation,” at NJICLE’s “The Basics of New Jersey Land Use Practice” program. The program will feature some of the state's leading land use attorneys, who will share their insight and knowledge about the complexity of land use practice in New Jersey, including ethical issues. The attorneys will discuss how to successfully navigate applications and obtain zoning approvals on the local, county, state, and federal levels for residential properties,  subdivisions, and commercial real estate.

  • Post Approval Process and Effects of Approvals and Vested Rights

The program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit.
