Wilentz Shareholder Louis J. Seminski, Jr., member of the Banking & Financial Services group, will present at the 11th Annual New Jersey Leadership Conference, hosted by the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal.

The panelists, including several lenders, real estate industry experts and leading attorneys in the region will present “Financing Today’s Commercial Real Estate Projects,” discussing recent trends in both commercial real estate and finance in the Mid-Atlantic real estate market over the past year.
