Brett R. Harris Serves on Judging Panel for Rutgers Law School’s 2019 Transactional Competition

On November 22 and 23, Wilentz Shareholder Brett R. Harris served as a panel judge for Rutgers Law School’s annual Transactional Law Competition held by the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance. Ms. Harris and the other judges reviewed and scored the performances of 40 aspiring transactional and corporate attorneys, who worked in teams in negotiating a mock-business acquisition.
