Zachary A. Stahl is an associate in the Mass Tort/Class Action group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing his practice on complex litigation, including violations of consumer protection and unfair trade statutes, class actions, and mass torts, including drug and medical device and toxic exposure litigation. A Middlesex County, New Jersey native Zachary brings to the practice a career of service to the community and country.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Zachary clerked for the Honorable Alberto Rivas, Civil Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, in Middlesex County. As a law clerk, he assisted with legal research, compiled bench memorandum, edited and drafted opinions, and was trained as a court-appointed civil mediator.

Prior to attending law school, Zachary was selected as a Corps Member for Teach For America, teaching history for two years in Newark, New Jersey. While attending law school, Zachary, as a member of the New Jersey Air National Guard (NJANG), volunteered to serve in Virginia during the COVID-19 pandemic to work for the Joint Intelligence Directorate (J-2) of the National Guard Bureau. During his time in the NJANG, Zachary has been awarded several medals, including a Joint Commendation Medal (2021), Air Force Commendation Medal (2022), Air Force Achievement Medal (2019), and Air Reserve Forces Meritorious Service Medal (2018).

Zachary also served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where he assisted with memorandums and judicial orders/decisions in multi-district litigations and other matters. 

Zachary earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2021 and his B.A. and B.S. from Carnegie Melon University in 2013.
