Lisa A. Gorab, a shareholder in the firm’s public finance group and treasurer of the firm, has been appointed as the new chair of Wilentz’s public finance practice following the recent passing of Anthony J. Pannella, Jr., the firm’s esteemed former public finance group chair.
A shareholder at the firm since 1992, Ms. Gorab has served as bond counsel for major clients including many public school systems throughout the State of New Jersey and New Jersey State Authorities.
