Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to welcome Angela M. Scafuri as a shareholder in the Family Law practice group. A prominent matrimonial lawyer, Ms. Scafuri joins Wilentz with more than a decade of experience representing clients in simple and complex family law cases, including mediation and collaborative law matters.

Ms. Scafuri is a court appointed mediator for both family and civil matters. She is admitted to the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases and to the roster of Civil Mediators for the Superior Court of New Jersey for Morris, Essex, Somerset, Warren, Monmouth, Bergen and Passaic counties. In addition, she is a trained Collaborative Law Attorney and serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Morris County. Prior to focusing her practice on matrimonial and family law, Ms. Scafuri practiced commercial litigation, particularly in the insurance industry.
At Wilentz, Ms. Scafuri will continue to represent clients in matrimonial and family law litigation, arbitration and related matters, such as treatment of joint marital assets, protection of separate property, cohabitation, child custody and parenting time issues, spousal and child support, domestic violence, and separation and marriage settlement agreements.
Ms. Scafuri graduated from Seton Hall School of Law in 2000, and earned her B.A. from Colgate University in 1996. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
