Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer Welcomes Three Associates in Woodbridge

Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. welcomes Pierre Chwang, Amy Francis Lemanski and Steven Polhamus to the firm as associates in its business law and personal law practices. All are resident in the firm’s Woodbridge office.

Pierre Chwang joins the Business and Commercial Litigation team, concentrating his practice in commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout New Jersey. Prior to joining Wilentz, Mr. Chwang completed a clerkship for Hon. Margaret Goodzeit, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part from 2018-2019. He graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2018 and earned his B.A. from Cornell University in 2012. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Amy Francis Lemanski joins the Family Law team, concentrating her practice in matrimonial law, including divorce, domestic violence, alimony, child custody, child support, and equitable distribution matters. Earlier in her career, Ms. Lemanski served as an attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County Florida, Inc. and completed a clerkship for Hon. Angela White Dalton, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part from 2018-2019. Ms. Lemanski graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2016 and earned her B.A. from Monmouth University in 2012. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida.

Steven Polhamus joins the Real Estate and Redevelopment teams, serving commercial real estate clients who are undertaking projects in redevelopment areas. Prior to joining Wilentz, Mr. Polhamus completed a clerkship for Hon. Mary C. Jacobson in the Superior Court of New Jersey from 2018-2019. He graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2018 and earned his B.A. from Rutgers University in 2012. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
