Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. is pleased to welcome Richard K. Wille, Jr. as an Associate in the Business and Commercial Litigation practice group in Woodbridge, where he will focus his practice on commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Wilentz, Richard served as the Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General for the Environmental Enforcement and Environmental Justice Section. In this capacity, Richard engaged in court proceedings and guided negotiations with opposing counsel in various environmental matters, such as Natural Resource Damages, Site Remediation, and Spill Fund Liens.
Richard graduated from Rutgers Law School in 2019, cum laude, and earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2016. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
