Maureen Binetti will present at NJICLE's seminar entitled “Evidence 2016: The Most Recent Rules & Case Law Developments Affecting Demonstrative, Eyewitness & Electronic Evidence," which will specifically focus on civil evidence rules and application.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law and criminal trial law.
