Maureen Binetti will serve as Panelist at this seminar, which will address a report from members of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Evidence, discuss the most common rules of evidence an attorney encounters, and provide strategies for covering hearsay, electronic evidence, demonstrative evidence, and eyewitness evidence.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 6.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
