Angela Scafuri will moderate and present at this NJICLE seminar, which will provide an overview of common and frequent ethical problems that arise in a family practice and practical solutions for addressing them. Ms. Scafuri and the other speakers will review the latest ethics opinions and cases affecting a family practice, and discuss the most beneficial procedures that all family lawyers should set in place from client intake to handling modifications and post-trial matters, to ensure that ethical problems are avoided.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total credit for ethics/professionalism. Of these, 4.0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism.
