Wilentz Shareholder Willard Shih will present at the Middlesex County Bar Association and Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association Meeting, providing an overview of the 2018 civil practice rule amendments under the Affidavit of Merit, Motions in Limine, High-Low Agreements, Complex Business Litigation Program, and Rules of Professional Conduct.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.5 qualify as hours of credit towards civil trial certification.
