Maureen S. Binetti to Present at NJICLE “A Day on Evidence” Webcast

Wilentz Employment Law team Chair and Certified Civil Trial Attorney Maureen S. Binetti will join a distinguished panel at the New Jersey State Bar Association ICLE “A Day On Evidence,” a full day program specifically designed to give litigators at all levels an opportunity to improve their evidence skills. The agenda will open with a report from the Honorable Carmen Messano, Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Evidence, followed by presentations that address common civil trial evidence issues, with an emphasis on practical solutions to frequently encountered problems, including authentication, hearsay, electronic evidence, demonstrative evidence, and the unique issues that are likely to arise in a remote trial environment.
