Richard "Rick" K. Wille, Jr. is an associate in the Business and Commercial Litigation group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing his practice on commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Rick served as the Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General for the Environmental Enforcement and Environmental Justice Section. Earlier in his career, Rick clerked for the Honorable Lisa Rose, J.A.D., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he engaged with complex civil, criminal, family, tax, and administrative law matters.

While attending law school, Rick worked at the Rutgers Constitutional Rights Clinic where he assisted with client interviews, investigated facts, performed legal research, and drafted memoranda. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jaynee Lavecchia, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, assisting with legal research, state court appeal certification, and state and federal law claims. Rick also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S.D.J., for the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, assisting with the preparation of materials for oral argument, legal memoranda, as well as memorandum opinions.

Rick earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School, cum laude, where he served as an editor for the Rutgers University Law Review, and graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in 2016.

He is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
