Maureen Binetti will present at the NJICLE seminar entitled “Workplace Investigations in Light of the #MeToo Movement, ” which will provide a comprehensive overview of strategies for employers on how to conduct sexual harassment investigations following the recent wave of sexual harassment allegations brought against celebrities, politicians, and businesses. Ms. Binetti and the other panelists will explore common investigation pitfalls and offer suggestions on how to develop sexual harassment policies and procedures that can withstand challenges.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
