Wilentz shareholder Angela Scafuri will serve as a moderator and speaker at the NJICLE Ethics for Family Lawyers Seminar, presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Family Law Section. The seminar will cover strategies to protect attorneys and their clients from ethical errors, frequent ethical problems and practical solutions, and procedures to set in place to ensure ethical problems are avoided. Topics of interest will include dealing with difficult clients, child custody, handling client funds, fee agreements, ex-parte communications, and terminating the client relationship.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.0 hours of total credit for ethics/professionalism and 4.0 ethics credits for New York.
