Wilentz Employment Law Chair Maureen S. Binetti will present “Negotiate First or Litigate an Employment Dispute?” as part of the annual NJICLE seminar entitled “Hot Tips in Labor and Employment Law.”
The seminar is presented in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section and the Association’s Senior Lawyers Special Committee. Over 150 labor and employment attorneys attend the seminar each year to share practical techniques on how to handle employment matters successfully.
This program has been approved for 9.7 credits, including 1 ethics/professionalism credit.
