Wilentz Shareholder and Employment Law Chair Maureen S. Binetti will present a live webcast entitled “A Day on Evidence” for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Ms. Binetti will join members of the Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Evidence and other distinguished speakers to discuss the most commonly used rules of evidence, including authentication, hearsay, electronic evidence, expert testimony, and demonstrative evidence.
This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 6.7 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 6.7 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law and criminal trial law.
