Paul DiGiorgio is Counsel at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. A seasoned lawyer with extensive civil litigation experience, Paul concentrates his practice on wage and hour and prevailing wage violation matters, class action litigation and employment law compliance and counseling.
Paul has served as in-house counsel as well as in senior leadership capacities in human resources and other non-legal positions in private businesses. This experience has given Paul a wealth of practical experience spanning a range of legal areas such as employment law, compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts and employee compensation plans, and risk management. He counsels commercial entities in connection with minimizing their litigation risks in the areas of worker classification, arbitration clauses and class action waivers.
Prior to joining Wilentz in 2021, Paul served as Counsel in Keefe Law Firm, where he focused his practice on developing and executing strategies for new business development and managing e-discovery projects. He has litigated and provided vendor management, data analysis and other support in several large and successful consumer fraud class action lawsuits and settlements. His legal experience extends to the areas of civil defense and commercial, automotive financing, and related litigation.

- Litigated on behalf of underpaid workers for labor performed on restoration projects at the Jersey Shore after Superstorm Sandy.
- Survived motions to dismiss in a nationwide class action on behalf of employees denied commissions owed by their employer.
Prior to joining private practice, Paul served as Corporate Counsel for The Answer Group, an emerging technical support company in South Florida, where he also served as the Director of Human Resources serving over 5,000 employees, and as Director of Security. He also served as U.S. Vice President of Human Capital Resources Management for Teleperformance, the largest customer relationship management company in the world.
