Fiona M. Ambrosio

Fiona M. Ambrosio is an associate in the Business and Commercial Litigation team at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. Fiona focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including matters arising from breach of contract, complex construction, and shareholder and business disputes.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Fiona clerked for The Honorable Jodi Lee Alper, P.J., Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. She earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as associate editor of the Legislative Journal, as a student attorney in the Health Law Clinic, and was a member of the Moot Court Board.

While attending law school, Fiona served as a judicial extern to The Honorable John Michael Vazquez, of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She also served as a research assistant to a professor of law and senior associate dean, and as a law clerk to a law firm.
