Peter J. Rosa is an associate in the Personal Injury group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., focusing his practice in the area of motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, premises liability, and wrongful death.

Prior to joining Wilentz, Peter was an associate attorney where his area of focus was general litigation and municipal practice. He represented corporate defendants in civil litigation for personal injury matters, including premise liability; slip-and-falls; dog bites; motor vehicle accidents; and motorcycle accidents. He was also one of the Woodbridge Municipal Public Defenders, handling a variety of municipal matters on a weekly basis.

Earlier in his career, Peter clerked for the Honorable Colleen M. Flynn, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court, where he conducted legal research and drafted judicial opinions.

Peter is actively involved in the professional legal community of Monmouth County, where he is a member of the Monmouth Bar Association, and has been appointed to its Young Lawyers Committee.

Peter earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law in 2016 and his undergraduate degree from Johnson & Wales University in 2013.
